PRE-ORDER GUIDE
We are beyond excited to release our In the Image of God capsule. We also know that pre-orders can be nerve-wracking; who wants to pay for something and then wait, right? We understand, which is why we've decided to show you our entire process - from production to shipping, all the raw details.
LIMITED PRE-ORDER
We're humbled to announce that we will be prematurely re-opening our website for a limited pre-order. These items are already in production and consist of surplus sizes originally allocated for a future restock. Please note that sizes are limited and availability is not guaranteed, differing from our standard pre-order process. Production timelines remain consistent with those of regular pre-orders and will not impact our current production schedule.
1. IMPORTANT DATES
In the Image of God releases October 23rd at 12PM MDT, and remains open until November 1st at 11:59 PM MDT.
After pre-orders close, production begins and orders are estimated to ship out in 4-6 weeks.
2. EXCLUSIVITY
Along with ensuring that our bulk production gets done in a timely manner, we're deliberately limiting the number of pre-orders for each piece. We want you to be just one of a special few to wear our favourite pieces thus far.
3. YOU'RE WAITING, SO YOU'RE SAVING
As a sign of our gratitude, you're getting $40 CAD off our baggy denim, and $30 CAD off our practice jerseys, and $20 CAD off our tees as part of our Advance Pre-Order Pricing plan. We don't like waiting either, so we've opted to only cover our costs and prepare for our next production cycle. You save money, and we get to keep pursuing our passion and moving towards a pre-made model.
4. TRACK YOUR ORDER
We're making a commitment to show you your order's journey; from production to shipping and fulfillment. You'll be receiving weekly updates from us on this PRE-ORDER GUIDE page and through your email upon site closure.
5. JUST FOR YOU
We're also committing to an open channel of communication. Although our team is small, we're guaranteeing a 48-hour response window to any order inquiries to our email: cs@sacredreserve.com.

Thank you so much for your purchase and for supporting our small brand—we’re beyond grateful to have you on this journey with us!
As promised in our Pre-Order guide, we’ll be sending out weekly updates via email and on our Pre-Order page, so you’ll always know where things are at. Here’s where we are so far: we’ve gathered all orders and sent the details to our manufacturer to start the process.
Next, our manufacturer will be sourcing the fabrics and materials we need to bring everything to life. From there, they’ll move through the stages: cutting, embroidery/printing, and sewing it all together! Then, we’ll make sure everything meets our quality standards with a third-party inspection before it ships to us.
We’ll keep you in the loop with more specifics at each stage. Our next update will be on Sunday, November 10, and then every Sunday after that.

Welcome back! Here’s our update for the week:
Our manufacturer has received all required materials for production, and our batch is now scheduled to begin the cutting phase. Upon completion, production will move into the printing/embroidery stage, followed by sewing all the panels together alongside the finishing touches. Lastly, the items will undergo a comprehensive inspection by a third-party service.

Update 3 | November 17
Welcome back! Here’s this week’s update:
Our manufacturer has completed the cutting phase and is now moving forward with embroidery and printing. The next stages will involve sewing, adding final finishing touches, and conducting a thorough quality inspection by a trusted third-party service to ensure everything meets our standards.
In response to several requests for a restock, we’re humbled and excited to share that our website will reopen earlier than planned this Wednesday for a limited pre-order. This release will feature the remaining sizes originally reserved for a future restock. During this time, we’ll also accommodate size change requests. If you’d like to request a change, please email us at cs@sacredreserve.com with your order number before the website goes live and while supplies last. Additionally, if you’d like to add items to your order, use code F&F_SHIPPING at checkout, and we’ll combine your new order with your original one at no additional shipping cost.
Please rest assured that this limited pre-order will not affect the current production timelines. These items were part of a surplus created during manufacturing to meet production requirements and will ship alongside the original orders as one batch.

Update 5 | December 1
Welcome back, here's this week's update.
Our manufacturer has completed production of all t-shirts and is currently finalizing the jerseys and jeans. The next step involves our contracted inspection service conducting a thorough quality check to ensure everything meets quality standards. Once cleared, the shipment will be on its way to us. Upon arrival, we will immediately begin processing and shipping orders.
Black Friday Final Few: Please note that if your order includes both a pre-order item and a ready-to-ship item, your entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready. However, if your order only includes ready-to-ship items, it will be dispatched tomorrow, December 2nd.

Update 6 | December 8
Welcome back, here's this week's update.
We’re excited to share that our jeans have completed production alongside our tees. Our manufacturer has informed us that they are taking a bit more time on the jerseys due to the hand-crafted nature of the contrast stitching, an additional precaution for quality assurance. Nevertheless, our next and final step once the jerseys are complete will be an inspection by our trusted contractor, then our items will be on their way to us. From there, everything will be processed and shipped upon arrival.

Update 7 | December 15
Welcome back! Here’s this week’s update.
We’re happy to share that production on our jerseys has been successfully completed, and we’re currently arranging for a final inspection to ensure everything meets our quality standards.
However, during the preliminary inspection of our jeans, we were informed that an adjustment to the front pocket depths—something we had requested and confirmed with our manufacturer three separate times—was not implemented. While this may appear to be a small detail, we believe every element counts. Our commitment is to ensure every piece we deliver upholds our standards for quality and craftsmanship.
To uphold this standard, we’ve requested that the front pockets be corrected to the proper depth. This process will require an additional week of production time. We understand that delays are never ideal, but we strongly believe that getting it right is better than rushing it out.
Once these adjustments are complete, all items will undergo a final inspection by our trusted quality control contractor. After passing inspection, the items will be shipped to us, and we’ll work quickly to process and send out your orders as soon as they arrive.

We’re happy to share that the amendments to our jeans have now been completed, correcting the front pocket depths to our desired length.
We are now arranging for a final inspection for all of our products with our trusted third-party contractor. Once the inspection is completed and everything is confirmed to meet our standards, our bulk shipment will be on its way to us. From there, we’ll promptly begin processing and shipping your orders.
